Volunteering and Internships

Fill out the form to start your volunteering journey. You can get involved as little or as much as you want, and make a real difference to our Ocean. We need your help everywhere. Once you have joined our team of seagrass heroes, we will email you with any local volunteering opportunities and advertise them on here too. You could help us grow the seagrass in our labs, get your local community involved, take part in monitoring of seagrass near you, or deliver outreach talks to community or schools. If you are a student and want to give a few hours to gain valuable experience in Ocean conservation, then let us know! We often look for interns or micro interns to join our team.

 

Community group

We could not achieve what we do without the precious help of local community groups we work with. Are you a community group looking to get involved with our work? Do you have local knowledge or interest in seagrass? Have you never heard of seagrass before? Either way we would love to hear from you – get in touch! 

  

Memberships

Don’t have enough free time to volunteer but like the work we do? You can become a member of our charity, the Ocean Conservation Trust. You will help to fund our vital work whilst also receiving member benefits, find out more here.
